Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. The health and safety of our customers are of the upmost importance to us at Oh What Beauty. 

Due to the natural material from which some of our products are crafted, minor variations are common and may be considered normal and safe for intimate use. If you believe the product you received is not safe for internal use, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.
